JACK BRUCE - SONGS FOR A TAILOR
1969 uk Polydor STEREO 583058 (A//2 - B//2). MINT-. Here is a stunning original uk first pressing of this excellent 'Jack Bruce' debut solo album. This is the earliest original very first pressing with the 'MacNeill Press' front/back laminated gatefold sleeve with inside lyrics, only the very early issues came in this laminated gatefold sleeve, slightly later copies came in a single matt sleeve. The vinyl is perfect apart from a slight inside bag impression to part of side-2, this has absolutely no affect on play at all. There is not one visible surface mark or scuff to mention, and so both sides play and sound as good as the day of press, no clicks or pops or loud crackle and no lessoning in the sound quality at all, a top original playing copy that will not need upgrading. The labels are excellent and clean. The front/back laminated gatefold sleeve is also near perfect, no wear at all, no real signs of age, perfect spine and edges.
