Jack Nitzsche

Music Hall 60.081 / 1964 / Argentina

Quiero Tener Tu Mano (I Want To Hold Your Hand), Por Favor Yo (Please, Please Me) b/w La Vi Por Ahi (I Saw Her Standing Here), Twist Y Gritos (Twist And Shout)

1st and only pressing released in 1964 on Music Hall, Argentina. For some reason the local Music Hall record company decided to made this extremely rare release in 1964 including tracks from Nitzsche's Dance To The Hits Of The Beatles album (1964), but using the artwork from The Lonely Surfer album (1963). NO similar counterparts around the planet were issued like this. And it is particularly interesting how big The Beatles' name was printed on the sleeve (notably bigger than the original Lonely Surfer cover typography). This was simply because most companies (which didn't manage the Beatles' rights) had tried to take advantage of the huge Fab Four's fame in that period. This is a unique piece of memorabilia and a lovely addition for both The Beatles and 60s music (45s & EPs) collectors. This is the first copy I've ever had for sale, and is ridiculously rare to find in any condition, but it would be almost impossible to match such incredible example again!

Record: EX, .......... (It has some light scuff marks, mainly on the A-side). .......... Both labels are absolutely clean, .......... (NO writings, stickers, dirt, spindle marks, ink stamps and/or wear). .......... Sleeve: EX, it is absolutely clean, .......... (NO writings, stickers, tapes, ring wear and/or seam splits; there are some light creases and wrinkles, hardly noticeable). .......... Overall one of the nicest copies you will ever find out there (grading is strict).

Registered airmail (worldwide): 1 7-inch $ 9.00 / 2 to 4 7-inches $ 14.00 / 5 to 8 7-inches $ 22.00. We will be glad to combine multiple purchases to save on shipping costs.
