Label:   BLUE NOTE RECORDS.  Monaural pressing on heavy vinyl.  Label is blue/white with blue text, with deep groove on both sides.   Catalog number is BLP 4013.  

RVG and Plastylite (“ear”) symbol are stamped in the runout area on both sides. 

Label address on both sides is BLUE NOTE RECORDS * 47 WEST 63rd * NYC

Does not have “R” registry symbol at the bottom of the labels.

Condition: 

DISC:  Vinyl retains 100% of original gloss, has been played a small number of times and handled with care.  Grades nice VG++/VG+ with a couple minor hairline scuffs.  There are a few soft tics on Side 2, but no serious marks or distractions.  Fidelity is superb.  Labels are clean.  A very fine playing copy.

JACKET:  Jacket is nice VG+ to VG++.  Front panel is beginning to show some ring wear.  Nice seams and spine.  Reverse has some light surface wear and there is a small address label in the upper left corner.  No writing, cutout indications, or other flaws.  Overall a very presentable jacket to accompany the great sounding disc.
