Epic Records 12-inch 33 RPM LP # SAI-2561 is "For the Taste of Victory" by Kellogg's and the Jacksons. It is dated 1985, and combines the music of the Jacksons' "Victory" album with the artwork of Michael Whelan and a gatefold cover that provides information about the Kellogg's cereal promotion that followed the Jacksons' Victory Tour of the USA and Canada.
Let's start with the record, and I believe the musical content is nothing more than the Jacksons' "Victory" album of 1984. The cover blurb describes the record as a "Complementary Limited Edition of Jacksons Victory Tour Picture Disc Album." The catalog number on the spine is SAI-2561, which I believe refers specifically to this specific promotional packaging. The number alongside the "Epic" logo on the disc, however, is 8E8-39576, which I believe is also the number on the more common (non-promotional) US and Canadian issues of the picture disc. Oh, and the matrix numbers are PAL-38946-IAC and PBL-38946-2AN. So, although it's not stated on either the record or the packaging, the lead singer on most of the record is Michael Jackson, and the track list is:

The artwork on both sides of the record is by Michael Whelan, and it is taken from the original "Victory" album cover. As a footnote, the A Side contains the first version of the album cover art, featuring a white dove on Randy's shoulder. You will notice the dove has been removed from the image on the front cover of this Kellogg's issue.
The gatefold cover appears to be aimed at retail grocery store owners. It is almost all about the Kellogg's promotions that followed the Jacksons' Victory Tour in the first three months of 1985. The inside panels describe the coupons and premiums being offered with purchases of Kellogg's cereal products. And the back cover contains a calendar showing when the various promotions were to be offered.
The record looks to be in about VG+ or better condition, still beautifully shiny, and with very little visible surface wear. I've played both sides on my Bang and Olufsen turntable, with no skips or jumps, but with some mostly light background noise, most of which is drowned out by the music. Because of variations in tracking ability, filtering technology and needle weights, I can offer no guarantees as to how well it will play on your equipment.  
The cover is in lightly worn condition, with the seams intact but some light surface soiling and edge wear, and it comes with a clear plastic inner sleeve.
