Description
JACQUELINE & LINDSAY s/t Rare Canadian Folk Rock Psych lp with DANIEL LANOIS listen!
1969/Canada/Vintage Records SCV-108……here’s a rare Canadian Private pressing by this duo that features a young Dan Lanois laying down some nice guitar and some fuzz too. This copy is in very nice condition. The thick gatefold cover is clean but has bumped corners with wear, the lower left corner has had a heavy bump and is creased and split at the very bottom(see pictures), 4" top seam split at opening, there is a piece of green tape on the front and back which I’m sure can be removed with a little care, the back cover shows shelf wear mainly top and bottom, inner gatefold is clean, overall very nice with no splits or delete. The vinyl is in Excellent condition with a very very light inaudible hairline mark across most of side one, there is also a short very light inaudible hairline and a couple of light inaudible stray hairlines and a very tiny piece of paper? in the dead space between the second and third tracks which I have recorded on the clip directly from this record being sold, this produces two very light ticks. The record looks and plays clean with only a little light occasional noise. A very nice copy of this rare Canadian lp! Please check my auctions for other rock, folk and psych lp’s. Good luck and thanks for looking!
GRADING
MINT: I consider New Unplayed or Sealed items only.
M- or Mint Minus, very clean with clean visual appearance and sound, there may be a couple of light inaudible hairline scuffs or such and will be mentioned in the listing, a Mint- record looks and plays very clean. Same for the cover. Very clean with no delete or other issues.
EXCELLENT: still very collectable for most, visually and sonicly clean. A handful of light inaudible scuffs, or hairlines. Cover will be clean with little wear, or delete. No splits.
VG++ still a very nice copy with minimal wear, the vinyl will retain it's original gloss and can have some minor scuffs/scratches that don't affect play very much. Cover will have slight shelf wear, and or delete, minor split.
VG+ the vinyl will still retain much original gloss with a bit more scuffs and/or scratches I may list a very rare or desirable item with a lower grade, I will try to list all defects.
