Original 1983 US release on Press (catalog # P 4005), in Picture Sleeve, with insert.

Trouser Press Review: The 27 originals (accompanied by two James Brown covers) on Everyone Knew...But Me allow Jad (accompanying himself on what sound like pots, pans and guitar) to vent about about 27 girls who won't give him the time of day. Or maybe it's 27 rants about one girl.
