Description
Old eBay prices: $61 + £37. Pretty hard to find MADE IN GERMANY pressing from 1979. Lots of differences to the UK pressing:
A, the catalogue number is printed on top of the front cover
B, the sleeve is much lighter
C, the picture cover is much thinner
D, the back sleeve was born with a RED POLYDOR PRINT on the top
E, the opening side is on the top. UK issues open on the right side
F, the label art work is completely different
G, also the label color is different
This original first pressing does have the catalogue number 2059 095 (see second scan) on sleeve. Tracks are 'Strange Town' and 'The Butterfly Collector'. Sleeve shows soft handling wear and a little nick on the back of the opening side otherwise the condition is:
Condition / Zustand: EX/EX (very clean, sehr gut erhalten)
Postage & Packaging / Porto & Verpackung:
OUTSIDE GERMANY (all countries, same price for 1-3 singles): £6
DEUTSCHLAND für 1-3 Singles: €2,50 (Brief) oder €5,00 als Einschreibebrief (versichert)
Mailing / Versand: all records will be sent in plain white 7“ sleeves outside of the picture sleeves to avoid any seam splits (alle Platten werden in einer neutralen weißen 7“ Hülle außerhalb des Plattencovers verschickt, um Beschädigungen am Originalcover zu vermeiden). All records will be shipped in special record mailers. Two cardboard paddings (the best) will be used to avoid bending. Ebenso werden alle Platten entsprechend stabil in speziellen Schallplatten-Versandkartons mit zwei dicken Pappkartons verpackt.
Payment / Bezahlung: via PayPal. All orders which exceed a value of €15 or £12 or $16 will only be sent by registered mail. This requires the buyer to pay an additional of €2,50 or £2.50 or $3.00. All winners from Italy must pay for registered mail. Good luck with your bids from Germany's record seller 'punky_music' (old name 'punkdealer')
