Description
Calypsotime CT 100
Artist: Lord Flea with the Blue Mountain Caroleers
Tracks: Ol' Fowl / Irene & Yo' Fr'en'
Short-lived and uncommon early Jamaican 78 label, apparently based out of the Savoy record shop - this features the great Lord Flea, and actually lists the band members playing on the session (rare). Nice, languid mento and nice playing.
Condition: V+ (visually a V+ with plenty of marks and wear, but plays a nice V++, very enjoyable, good pressing)
I will be selling a lot of amazing discs from around the world in the coming months. Please bookmark me and check back in.
