JAMES BOND: "NEVER SAY NEVER AGAIN" - Original 1983 JAPANESE Soundtrack LP - NEAR MINT Condition. Because this 1983 JAMES BOND soundtrack was never released in North America at the time, it did not take long to become one of the most sought after soundtracks of the series. The original vinyl LP, in this kind of MINT like condition, remains a highly valued collectable, especially by the BOND fans, of which the collective numbers are great. The score was by MICHEL LEGRAND, with lyrics for the title song by Marilyn and Alan Bergman. At the top of the album it is sung by LANI HALL, and at the bottom ( last track)) it is sung by SOPHIE DELLA. Herb Alpert's trumpet is heard with the Hall version, which was released as a single in North America. The SEVEN SEAS record number is K28P 4122 (STEREO). It includes an insert (see pictures).
