Description
Auction is for an ULTRA RARE ORIGINAL CANADIAN-ONLY PRIVATE PRESSING of JAMES DEAN'S "AVENUE" LP from 197? on Gum Records. Oh-so-rare and almost unknown privately pressed funky fusion session that absolutely never comes up for sale. Saw this years back on Record Mania for about $100 and I don't think it lasted long either. Mostly slick funky fusion, the standout here being the track "Ronnie Laws" that opens with a monster open drumbreak. Cover has slightest ring/shelf wear and autograph in blue pen at top right corner of front cover. Vinyl has a few light sleeve scuffs, just shy of NM... Beautiful copy!
Condition of Cover/Vinyl is VG++ / VG++.
Shipping/handling for 1 LP is $10.99 within Canada, $11.99 to the United States and $19.99 Internationally. 2 to 3 LP's is $16.99 to the United States and $35.99 Internationally. Slightly more for Western Canadian Provinces, Australia and Asia. Rates can be confirmed at www.canadapost.ca.
