Third copy I've come across in 23 years of record hunting.
First and only pressing.
American style, past over cover has 55% split on top from right side to the center. Right bottom corner with moderate wear. Nice and solid spine. Water stain on back cover left bottom corner,  left top corner with moderate wear.
Vinyl is VERY  nice with only a little light abrasions and hairlines. BOTH  beautiful labels with no spindle marks. 
Anti static fresh and new inner sleeve provided as well as japanese resealable plastic sleeve.
Carefully and professionally cleaned up vinyl.
