You are looking at an excellent condition Apple Studios Reference Recording one sided seven inch metal acetate test disc, the B side is blank, with some scuffs.
This recording made for Apple Records in 1969 is a totally unknown version & is unreleased. James would go on to re-record this song in 1970 for his first Warner Brothers album, "Sweet Baby James". Please compare the sample below as heard on this internet link to hear the released version from 1970.
