Very rare soviet(!) original pressing of this only record of Estonian composer Jaan Raats(have a look at my other auctions for more experimental music stuff)!!
Raats worked in the Estonian Radio as sound engineer and from 1966 to 1974 as editor-in-chief in the department of music programs of the Estonian Television. Rääts was the chairman of the Estonian Composers’ Union 1974–1993. He has worked at the Estonian Academy of Music from 1968 to 1970 and since 1974 up to now.
On this record, the composer presents his Marginal Notes & Electronic Marginalia, that attempt to mix up every possible musical style...and ending up to realise one of the weirdest recordings ever made!! The first side applies this technique on piano, performed by Kalle Randulu, while on the second side, the whole concept is recorded on electronics.
Excellent condition for vinyl and cover is excellent-(ring)!! Just impossible to find such a great copy today, after +20 years...
