Description

This sale is for a factory sealed copy of "Cheap Thrills" by Janis Joplin & Big Brother & The Holding Company. This is from 1968 (1st pressing) on Columbia KCS-9700 in stereo. This is in unplayed condition & still sealed in a clear plastic bag which was a common way of sealing LPs in the 1950's/early 1960's. The songs are "Combination Of The Two", "I Need A Man To Love", "Summertime", "Piece Of My Heart", "Turtle Blues", "Oh, Sweet Mary" & "Ball & Chain".

Condition

  • Cover : The gatefold cover is in VG+ to VG++ condition with a tiny light rub/push to the corner tips, some light rubs on the spine & edges (no splits) & some light yellowing from age but otherwise this is very very nice. Make sure to check out the photos below. The spot showing on the lower front is from the flash of my camera. This is NOT on the cover. Flash only.


  • Vinyl : Looks to be NM & it is unplayed since this is still factory sealed. There is a 1/2" break in the perforations of the plastic bag.


  • Labels : Look to be NM on both sides.
