1958 COLUMBIA 33CX 1579 JANOS STARKER CARLO MARIA GUILINI SCHUMANN CELLO CONCERTO IN A MINOR SAINT-SAENS CELLO CONCERTO No. 1 IN A MINOR MONO VINYL LP

This is one of the last few of a remarkable collection in almost or literally ‘as new’ condition. It would not be an exaggeration to describe them as in ‘archive’ condition.   In 25 years of record dealing and over 40 years of collecting myself, I have never come across records so perfectly cared for and in almost perfectly preserved inner and outer sleeves.

Do check out my other listings if these are of interest.  I shall be adding a few records every day over the coming week.

Sleeve Condition: NEAR MINT: a hint of ringwear to the front, otherwise almost immaculate, even more extraordinary given the very thin, paper-like nature of LP sleeves from this era.  Beautiful shiny laminate and free from marking or evidence of previous ownership.

Record Condition: MINT:  There’s really no other way to describe this.  The record has lovely, ‘as new’ sheen, looks unplayed and has no centring marks around the spindle hole and plays flawlessly.

Please note that for items exceeding £50 in value, I charge £4.95 for Next Day Delivery to UK buyers and £5.30 for International Signed for delivery for overseas addresses.  This is in addition to the P&P costs quoted in the listing.
