Japan, Quiet Life.
1980 UK Ariola Hansa white label test press LP, AHAL 8011.
A1/B1 RAYS etched to run-outs/dead wax as well as the catalogue number.
Vinyl is still glossy but has some scuff marks and light scratches, no deep digs or gouges.
Plays very cleanly and better than appearance would suggest with underlyingly quiet surfaces. The exceptions are some mid-level crackle to the quiet beginning of B2 and two consecutive ticks to the centre of B3. Else plays very cleanly throughout and provides a comfortable listening experience.
The B side label has some penned annotations, see picture. A side label is clean and unmarked.
Plain card outer sleeve has the catalogue number stamped to top left. The sleeve is grubby and creased and has some penned annotations and doodling to one side only.
Nonetheless this is an uncommon white label which rarely comes onto the open market.
