condition: disk is NM- extremely clean, nice sheen, only the faintest wear from being removed and placed in sleeve. name written on one side of label (see photos below).  this is an outstanding disk. cover is EX+, tiny intials written on back in upper left corner, very faint ring wear (pretty much only shows up in flash photos, looks fine in person), about a 1cm split starting on bottom seam, top seam fine. very minor corner wear. original price sticker on back cover. no tape or stains!  overall a very nice original "frame" cover!
notes:  "RVG" and ear hand etched in dead wax on both sides.  original mono deep grooved issue.  Original Lexington Ave. address on one side, block letter 47 W. 63rd New York 23 address label on side 2.  disk weighs approximately 204 grams. very nice condition copy with rare mismatched labels.  happy bidding good luck!
