Description
This is an original thick, heavy, rigid, deep groove U.S. lp on pink TAMPA label #TP-11, called: JAZZ AMERICANA 35 GREAT ARTISTS. There are 14 tunes: MELANCHOLY MADELINE / LOADED WITH BASS / JUMP FOR ME / FIREFLY / IRONWORKS / BIG BOY / etc. A few of the many players are: SHELLY MANNE . ART PEPPER, JIMMY GUIFFRE, FRANK PATCHEN, RED MITCHELL, BOB GORDON, TONY RIZZI, PLAS JOHNSON, OSCAR MOORE, and many others. Cover is thick cardboard with beautiful cover photo, notes about each tune are extensive, also listed are the players. NO bent corners, cut outs, stains, or spine splitting. just has seam splitting, and tiny sticker on front. Notes on back are very clean. Lp has beautiful sharp detailed labels with NO bad spindle marks, just light spindle trails, playing surfaces have a deep glossy shine, NO groove wear, defects, warps, or scratches you can feel. I did notice some scuffs on both sides that do not affect play, I played excerpts, they sounded clean and clear with only minor background ticking here and there. CONDITION: COVER VG+ / LP VG+ .
