This is an auction for an original pressing of the iconic 'Jazz At The Kurhaus Vol. 2' 10", as recorded in 1953. The Jazz At The Kurhaus series was produced by Paul Acket and presented by Pete Felleman and showcased the finest Dutch jazz musicians of the time, such as Frans Elsen, Nedley Elstak, Toon Van Vliet, Tony Vos etc. The both volumes that were released are some of the first recordings of modern jazz in The Netherlands.
The sleeve is in VG(+) condition with moderate ring, edge and corner wear. There are no seam or spine splits. The vinyl is visually in VG condition, as the surface shows hairlines and marks. However, the playback is hardly affected and the record plays with only occasional light crackle, closer to VG+.
