ARTIST / TITLE : JAZZBERRY PATCH - “S.t.”

LABEL : JBP Records, 1977, USA.

CONDITION (Record/Cover) : Strong VG+ / VG

COMMENT : Another sought after private LP on a tiny label. "These are my friends" with its open drumbreak is the track here that have got the attention from the collectors & dj's. Many solid tracks not far from the Headhunters vibes, super funky with flutes and fusion quality for a rare one. You can check the soundclips (recorded from the actual record, low mp3 quality).

Original record is graded strictly Strong VG+ condition, signs of use, small marks and very 2-3 light scratches, occasionnal surface noise here and there, but nothing really serious. Not a perfect collectors copy but a RARE one... An enjoyable listening all the way trough, even for sampling, no problem (The soundclips are recorded from the actual record, in low quality mp3). The cover is more used and graded VG because of ringwear, small discoloration, a bit of moistures and even some missing paper scrached in the back (please see pictures).

GRADING CODES :

M = Record in new condition, never played or looking like it. Sleeve as new.

EX = Record in superb condition, very rarely played, may present slight visible marks but no audible ones. Sleeve may present slight signs of natural aging.

VG+ = Record is really nice, may present a few visible marks which are slightly audible. Surface noise noticeable but does not really affect the playing. Sleeve may present a few flaws like light openings, ring wear...

VG = Record has been played often, presents some visible and audible marks, many surface noises are noticeable. Sleeve shows noticeable defects like heavy split seam, tears...

VG- = Record doesn't look nice because of general wear, it is in playable condition, but some/all tracks are noisy or click. Sleeve has noticeable general wear.
