J.D. Blackfoot - The Ultimate Prophecy
This is an original first pressing from 1970, USA
side A matrix : SR 61288-A- M2 -1-11 side B Matrix : SR 61288-B- M2-1-11
This was bought by myself about 10 years ago and it was still sealed. I opened it a cleaned it with an Ultra Sonic bath and played it only a couple of times until i made a high resolution transfer to digital so i could play the album without wearing out the vinyl.
The record once ultrasonically cleaned was put into a new poly lined inner to help preserve it. The original inner is included along with lyric sheet.
Why am i selling this absolute classic psych album...? I have 2 copies so time to give this particular copy a new home. This sounds amazing played on my Sony PS-x65 turntable fitted with a VM540 Audio Technica cartridge. The sound is huge and in particular the drums sound so natural - great album for people who admire drummers!!

Cover : Except for slight damage to the spine and usual drill hole as seen in photos of actual item for sale. I would rate this VG+
Lyric inner : some slight staining not caused by me as it was sealed when i bought it so not sure how that occured
Vinyl : Im going to under grade here as i would not want its new owner to be disappointed, so i will say its better than EXCELLENT with deep shine and gloss to the vinyl and no marks expect for a couple of the faintest scuffs caused from the original paper inner which is now corrected as it has a new poly lined inner. Playback is awesome. There is some very minor background noise in the quiet parts but nothing at all to get bothered by and certainly no pops or jumps.
This has been cleaned on an ultrasonic cleaning machine with a mix of pure water and Keith Monks discOvery™ Natural Precision Record Cleaning Fluids which offers the benefits of Sound Enhancer ~ Noise Reducer ~ 100% Natural
It will of course be packaged in vinyl mailers with extra stiff cardboard so it does not get damaged in transit. I usually sell vinyl on another well known platform so i understand its importance.
