This is a scarce and hard to find rock white label promo 45 record with picture sleeve by Columbus, Ohio musician J.D. Blackfoot titled "Who's Nuts Alfred" and backed with "Epitaph For A Head". This is on the Phillips record label #40625. Condition of this rare record is mint minus with clean labels. The picture sleeve is very good with some handling wear, a tape stain to the upper left corner area and a very small tear along the opening edge. This is guarenteed to be an original and not a reproduction. There are no cracks, stickers, writing or cut out holes. Please see 2 photos. We send items within 5 business days after cleared payment.
