Description
J.D. Elias - Who's That vinyl LP
Very hard to find! The record is clean, overall, but does have one major flaw - either a small warp or a pressing defect that affects the first 60 seconds or so of each side. When we play it, the needle moves *laterally*, not up and down, in this section of the groove. On one table, the record plays fine, with no interruption, skipping, or other problems. One our more sensitive turntable, the needle jumped ahead several times in this section of the groove. Again, this only affects the first part of the first song on each side.
Otherwise, the record is glossy, scratch-free, and sounds great. The cover is in nice condition, but has slightly rounded corners and some minor ringwear. The vinyl is in VG+ condition, as is the cover. We grade our albums per the Goldmine Magazine standards for records.
This LP was pressed in 1978 by B.I.R.C (Big Important Record Company). Label # is BIRC-0473, and matrix #s are 033682, #2, O473A (side B is the same, but for "0473B" at the end.
David Bromberg plays drums on 2 tracks, but we're unable to ascertain as to whether this is THE David Bromberg.
