Description

JEAN GOLDKETTE: IN MY MERRY OLDSMOBILE (Fox trot and waltz versions). Victor Special.  Rare 1927 disc by the famed Goldkette band with Bix & Trumbauer.  Recorded and pressed for as a giveaway at various Oldsmobile conventions, never sold in stores. This is an early 30s pressing for a later convention, as it bears the RCA Victor legend at the bottom of the label, rather than Victor Talking Machine Company.  Basically E- condition, but the disc was obviously kept unsleeved for a long time and has some minor scuffs & scratches on the disc itself. Labels look great and it plays exceptionally well. Check my other auctions for more nice condition personality & dance band 78s! Overseas shipping charges are higher, of course. Good luck!
