Description
Every Tuesday night (European time) I will offer old punky records. My name is ‘punky_music’
British Mod rarity, issued on cult Mod label. Very clean pressing in near mint condition. Both tracks were written by Jed Dmochowski from powerpop band the V.I.P.’s. Here’s your chance to get the original first pressing, issued on England’s most legendary Mod label ‘Whaam’ records in 1982 (catalogue number WHAAM 009). As you know ‘Whaam’ records was administered by Dan Treacy of TV PERSONALITIES and Ed Ball of O-LEVEL. Label mates are GIFTED CHILDREN (Painting By Numbers) TIMES (Red With Purple Flashes) DIRECT HITS (Modesty Blaise) and so on. This beauty was released in two different sleeves. Both are original ones. The brilliant A-sider titled ‘Sha La La’. The charmer on the flip named ‘Ruined City’. Wonderful record !!
Condition / Zustand: EX/M- (very clean, near mint, sehr gut erhalten)
Postage & Packaging / Porto & Verpackung:
OUTSIDE GERMANY (all countries, same price for 1-4 singles): £4 or €5
DEUTSCHLAND für 1-3 Singles: €2,50 (Brief) oder €4,00 als Einschreibebrief (versichert)
Mailing / Versand: all records will be sent in plain white 7“ sleeves outside of the picture sleeves to avoid any seam splits (alle Platten werden in einer neutralen weißen 7“ Hülle außerhalb des Plattencovers verschickt, um Beschädigungen am Originalcover zu vermeiden). All records will be shipped in special record mailers. Two cardboard paddings (the best) will be used to avoid bending. Ebenso werden alle Platten entsprechend stabil in speziellen Schallplatten-Versandkartons mit zwei dicken Pappkartons verpackt.
Payment / Bezahlung: via PayPal. All orders which exceed a value of £20 or €25 will only be sent by registered mail. This requires the buyer to pay an additional of £2 or €2,50. All winners from Italy must pay for registered mail. Deutsche bitte per Banküberweisung. Wird ein Gesamtwert von £20 oder €25 erreicht, so verschicke ich ausschließlich als Einschreibebrief bzw. innerhalb Deutschlands optional auch als DHL-Paket für €6,00. Good luck with your bids from Germany’s record seller ‘punky_music‘ (old name ‘punkdealer‘)
