Sleeve Condition: Vague, darkening to top right of front where a sticker has been removed.  This is discolouration only. Otherwise, Ex+.  A difficult find, a non-laminated sleeve like this, in this clean condition.   


Record Condition: One, purely cosmetic and wholly superficial mark across the whole LP on Side One is the only thing preventing a Near Mint grade.  I guarantee that this mark does not affect play in any way, it is the lightest possible mark and has in no way damaged or cut the vinyl in any way.  Otherwise, both sides of the record are beautiful with a shiny gloss which clearly indicates that the record has hardly been handled let alone played.  A lovely example.   XAX 3870 ? 1 & XAX 3871 - 1
