Description
A 33 1/3 RPM stereo vinyl LP, 'Beck-Ola' by The Jeff Beck Group (although it just reads 'Jeff Beck' on the spine)
The album was released in 1969 on the Columbia label.
This was the 2nd studio album from the Jeff Beck Group. Recorded at Trident Studios, London in April, 1969 and released in November of the same year.
All songs were band compositions apart from 2 Elvis covers; "All shook Up" (Otis Blackwell/Elvis Presley) and "Jailhouse Rock" (Leiber & Stoller) and "Girl From Mill Valley", credited to Nicky Hopkins alone.

The unlaminated sleeve has the title on the front above a colour reproduction of René Magritte's painting 'La Chambre d'Ecoute' ('The Listening Room'). The rear cover has flipbacks with full track listing and musician credits. The album title here has 'Cosa Nostra' above it (which also precedes it on the record label). In the same box as the track listing is the following text: ' Today, with all the hard competition in the music business, it's almost impossible to come up with anything totally original,. So we haven't --- However, at the time this album was made, the accent was on heavy music. So sit back and listen and try and decide if you can find a small place in your heads for it.'

Condition
The vinyl looks VG+.
Just a few superficial scratches, just one or two faint pops on playback.
The sleeve is VG+ with some faint marks and slight edge and ring wear.
A small, slight stain on the inner sleeve, otherwise good.
