SLEEVE: a small scratch and a couple of creases top right, otherwise looks brand new: EX 

VINYL - SIDE ONE: Beautiful... looks unplayed and has that lovely unplayed 'sheen': EX+

VINYL - SIDE TWO: Beautiful... looks unplayed and has that lovely unplayed 'sheen': EX+

LABELS: Superb..as new: EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied - I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
