Terms

I do not charge any extra for using paypal!!

Payment can be made by the following methods:

UK buyers : personal cheque/postal orders/paypal

US buyers : well concealed US dollars cash at the rate of $1.80 to £1, or check or paypal (preferred)

Europe: well concealed Euros at the rate of Euro 1.5 to £1, paypal (preferred)

Other overseas buyers: Paypal, or cash concealed US$$ and UK ££ only.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs for my auctions are to be met by the buyer and are as follows:

12" vinyl

UK - £4(each additional item for multiple auction wins 50p each)

US/rest of world - £6(each additional item win 50p each)

Europe - £5(each additional item win 50p each)

Items can be sent registered post/recorded delivery in UK only at the request and the cost (add 65p) of the buyer. Insured delivery outside of UK is an extra £3.30 if required. I do keep a note of the items shipped and in the unlikely event that an item gets lost I will endeavour to assist you to reclaim the value;
The claimant needs to prove what the item cost - initial claims for refunds from the post office must be made by the buyer and I will assist by providing proof of postage and confirmation of the amount paid.

Items not sent by recorded delivery or registered post are sent at the risk of the buyer if they do get lost. This has only happened 3 or 4 times in over 1000 transactions, but it can happen!

Other terms

You will receive an automatic email after the auction has ended. The buyer must contact me within 4 days of the auction end and send full payment within 7 days of the auction end. You will be sent a standard email confirming the end of the auction & bid price.

Non-paying bidders will be reported to ebay and negative feedback will be left.

I describe the condition of the item as accurately as possible and pack it securely (see my excellent feedback in this respect); in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the transaction please email me and I will resolve your dispute by sending a replacement item or refund if I am satisfied your complaint is valid

If you have an objection with the content of the auction, please email me before contacting ebay as I endeavour to list only items that do not infringe ebays policy.

Please read the item description carefully; refunds will not be made if the buyer misunderstands the description of the auction item; for example, videos I sell are always Pal format (UK), not NTSC and a refund will not be made if a US buyer has an NTSC only video that cannot play a pal tape I have sold.
