Jeff Neal
VG+ gorgeous disc, hear.
Davy Jones (of the Monkees) had a 'psychedelic clothing/head shop' in NYC's East Village called Zilch, and apparently Jeff Neal was a friend of Jones's, enough so that Jones eventually sold the shop to Jeff. I'm going to guess that perhaps the store also started a record label (I know Davy had a label as Davy Jones that issued several 45's in the late 1960s).
