This first pressing 12" single was released by Columbia Records Canada in 1978. The disc was issued inside a Special Edition only jacket which is in excellent condition. The labels are in near mint condition and the warp free vinyl is in excellent plus condition.
From the official War Of The Worlds website: "This was an officially sanctioned and exclusively Canadian issue. However it was pressed without the knowledge of Jeff Wayne. This orange and brown marble effect disc also featured a completely original, and unique, front cover picture (drawn by Paul Rivoche and designed by Dean Motter). It is a most sought-after and rare TWOTW-related disc."
This disc has been cleaned on a VPI record cleaning machine and placed in a new clear plastic inner sleeve.
