WOW For sale is an incredibly rare STILL FACTORY SEALED 1st pressing of Jefferson Airplane- Volunteers RCA LSP-4228!!! The shrink wrap is guaranteed to be the original shrink and NOT a reseal.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a factory sealed record and once opened I cannot offer a refund.
I'm conservatively grading the sleeve as NM due to a tiny corner bump and a slight bit of wear in one tiny spot on the spine.
The disc is assumed to be MINT as it is unopened and has never been removed or played. There are no unwanted marks, writing or creases. It is as nice a copy as you will likely ever see!!!
This is a guaranteed 1st pressing with the colored American flag hat on the back cover. Later editions were all black and white. The shrink wrap has started to split along the opening for about 3" at the bottom but it is still a nice tight seal with only one other spot where the shrink wrap has peeled slightly in the upper right hand corner on the rear.
The insert should obviously be included but as it is sealed I do not want to open just to check. There's no reason for it not to be there after all.
These sealed LPs were given to me as part of a collection of someone whose son passed away in the mid 70's and these have been carefully stored away since then.
There is NO damage to the sleeve apart from on tiny spot on the spine (see pics).
A SEALED copy of this album is nearly impossible to find and I am therefore listing it for only $39.99 starting bid. That's a steal! No reserve!! Please do not hesitate to ask any questions.
