Description

I don't think either side of this acetate was ever released, if it was let me know and I'll post it on the listing. One side is a midtempo version of "Summertime" from "Porgy and Bess". The other side is "I Do Love You" which is not the Billy Stewart song. If I had to guess, I would say this is from the early 60s. Both sides have a male group behind Jerry but isn't really a pure Doo Wop record- more in the transitional period between Doo Wop and Soul. The acetate is in good + condition- scuffy and scratchy but both sides play through without skipping. There is some surface noise present on both sides. Thanks for looking!
