This is a great hard to find vinyl LP record of Jerry Jeff Walker's 1968 release "Mr. Bojangles". The album features rock, acoustic, and country genres, and includes performances by musicians such as Ron Carter and David Bromberg (see photo with banjo). The record is a first edition with the Vinyl and original record cover both listed as Very Good Plus (VG+).
In terms of specifics, the album was released under Bainbridge Records BT-6222 under Atlantic Record Corporation with a speed of 33 RPM. This LP is perfect for fans of Jerry Jeff Walker an amazing songwriter performer who existed on the fringe of the famous Outlaw Country movement. He wrote the famous song “Mr. Bojangles” which was covered by everyone from The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band to my favorite version by Sammy Davis Jr. The funniest version worth seeking out is by David Bromberg.
