Jerry Thomas & The Ambassadors – He’s Coming Again Real Soon – WAPA Productions – Rare Ohio Black Gospel LP – Listen! – No Reserve
Excellent gospel release from the early 70’s out of Cleveland, Ohio from Jerry Thomas and the Ambassadors. Excellent choir with unique jazzy arrangements by Jerry Thomas. Listen to the soundclips – especially the standout tune “Jesus Is a Friend” and a very nice cover of the Carpenters “Who Can I Turn To”. No reserve.
Cover: Strong VG to VG+ (ringwear and two stickers on spine) / Vinyl: VG+ (A side is VG++ / B side is Strong VG due to one small scuffy patch that causes a minor pop – otherwise clean)
