ULTRA RARE LP - Rare Original First (1st) Pressing
Very rare, early copy of Jesus Christ Superstar in superb condition.
Not only does this feature Ian Gillan of Deep Purple in the title role, but with members of Juicy Lucy and Spooky Tooth (among others) providing the backing, this original recording has a prog rock feel which is far superior to all subsequent versions.
The disks have very early pink and red MCA 'bow-tie' labels and come in the rare laminated cover (only found on early copies). This copy has the following first matrix numbers, first mothers and really early stampers (22, 18, 24 & 22).

LPs are packaged in a manner to ensure safe traveling using stiffeners and professional envelopes to ensure safe arrival in the same condition as they leave. Records are removed from the sleeve in order to prevent seam splits in transit.
