Description
Welcome to another batch of vinyl records from my collection. I have been collecting records since 1969 and have over 2,000 LP's. I generally only sell on eBay some duplicates or records that I no longer listen to. All the records in my collection have been cleaned with anti-stat record cleaner and placed in a new anti-stat poly-lined inner sleeve and the cover placed in a new polythene outer sleeve. Please note my 100% positive feedback from previous listings on eBay, these are my first listings since before lockdown. I test play all the records being listed and give a detailed account of the condition of the cover and vinyl. Sorry, I now only sell to UK buyers as overseas sales are now VAT rated and postage services are not very reliable. All records are posted 2nd class signed for/trackable in boxed mailers with thick cardboard stiffening to prevent any damage in the post.

Matt gatefold sleeve with pop-up of band.Orange bullseye pink label UK pressing, which is different to the other orange bullseye pink label UK pressing Jethro Tull - Stand Up.
Unlike the other orange bullseye pink label pressing Jethro Tull - Stand Up, this orange bullseye pink label pressing does not have "Printed and made by Ernest J. Day & Co. Ltd., London W.11.", on the back cover.
Another difference between this and the other orange bullseye pink label pressing Jethro Tull - Stand Up is that the whole type set on Side One is printed slightly lower on the label; this is particularly noticeable when you look at the word STEREO, but in fact all of the type set is lower than that seen in Jethro Tull - Stand Up . On Side Two, the only obvious difference between the 2 orange bullseye pink label pressings is that the word "Produced" is slightly closer to the spindle hole on this pressing than on Jethro Tull - Stand Up.
Original cover has E.J Day printer credits inside gatefold (written in white colour near the feet on the right of the band members, on the "pop up").

VINYL : VISUALLY IN VERY GOOD PLUS CONDITION WITH A NICE SHEEN AND JUST A FEW LIGHT SPINDLE MARKS ON THE ROUGH TEXTURED LABELS. JUST A FEW VERY LIGHT SURFACE MARKS WITH ONE SCUFF ACROSS SIDE 2 (PHOTO 6) WHICH GAVE SOME LIGHT TICS AT THE VERY START OF 'WE USED TO KNOW' THEN JUST A FEW VERY LIGHT RANDOM TICS. OVERALL PLAYBACK IS IN VERY GOOD PLUS TO NEAR EXCELLENT CONDITION WITH HARDLY ANY CRACKLE, NOTHING INTRUSIVE AT ALL. NO CONTINUOUS CLICKS, SKIPS OR JUMPS. A VERY ENJOYABLE LISTEN.
'STAND UP' GATE FOLD SLEEVE : NO OBVIOUS CORNER OR EDGE WEAR. SLIGHT STAINING TO THE REVERSE. SPINE IS LEGIBLE BUT SLIGHTLY RUBBED. OVERALL IN EXCELLENT CONDITION, SUPERB. I HAVE PLACED THE COVER IN A NEW POLYTHENE OUTER SLEEVE.
PLAIN PAPER INNER SLEEVE : GOOD CONDITION WITH SOME LIGHT STAINING. THE CLEANED RECORD IS NOW HOUSED IN A BRAND NEW ANTI-STAT INNER SLEEVE.
OVERALL A GREAT UK FIRST PRESSING COPY OF THIS HARD TO FIND PSYCH/FOLK ROCK CLASSIC.
