JETHRO TULL - STAND UP - FIRST PRESSING 1969 ALBUM IN VERY GOOD CONDITION ISLAND RECORDS, PINK "CIRCLE" ROUGH TEXTURED LABELS, CAT NO: ILPS-9103 MATRIX NUMBERS A/B, NO MOTHER STAMPERS ON EITHER SIDE HEAVY FIRST PRESS VINYL IN E.J.DAY-CREDITED POP-UP SLEEVE THIS IS A VERY EARLY FIRST PRESSING OF THE CLASSIC STAND UP ALBUM. THE VINYL IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION AND PLAYS PERFECTLY, WITH NO SKIPS, STICKING OR LOUD POPS. THERE ARE SOME MARKS TO BOTH SIDES BUT THESE DO NOT AFFECT PLAY. THE RECORD DELIVERS A RICH DEEP SOUND UNIQUE TO THE HEAVY VINYL PRESSINGS OF THE LATE SIXTIES. THERE IS MINIMAL BACKGROUND NOISE. THE COVER RATES VG+, WITH SOME WEAR TO THE SPINE, BUT IT REMAINS READABLE; OTHERWISE VERY CLEAN AND UNMARKED, NO WRITING OR STICKERS; E.J. DAY CREDIT ON REAR. POP-UP IN PERFECT CONDITION. THE LABELS RATE AS EXCELLENT WITH NO WRITING OR MARKS. Mint - The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. Excellent - The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. Very Good - The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Good - The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. Fair - The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise, it may even jump. Poor - The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc Bad - The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
