I HAVE JUST BOUGHT THE BEST NEW WAVE OF BRITISH HEAVY METAL / HEAVY METAL / HARD ROCK COLLECTION I HAVE SEEN IN 35+ YEARS. THIS COLLECTION CAME FROM AN INDUSTRY PERSON WHO WORKED IN THE MUSIC INDUSTRY BETWEEM THE LATE 70'S AND LATE 80'S SPECIALISING IN ONLY NWOBHM / HARD ROCK / METAL ETC....so keep watching over the next few weeks, as a lot of the items I have for sale never been offered before, most come with letters and promo inserts etc....
This is a RARE UK TEST PRESSING PROG ROCK 12" by the band JETHRO TULL from 1991, ORIGINAL UK TEST PRESSING IN BARELY PLAYED CONDITION AND A MUST !!!
This copy also includes the original WHITE DIE CUT SLEEVE with hand written information / catalogue number on it and a HAND WRITTEN COMPLIMENT SLIP FROM THE CHRYSALIS PROMOTION PERSON ABOUT THE RELEASE !!!!
This copy came from a major radio person who received this TEST PRESSING to get early plays before the promo / finished stock was ready !!!
The 12" was pressed in 1991 on CHRYSALIS RECORDS, catalogue number TULL X6. The matrix numbers are MACHINE STAMPED and are: SIDE 1: TULL X6 A-1U-1-1 (machine stamped) and TRANSFERMATION and "REAR OF FEET SNAPPED HOW?" (etched). SIDE 2: TULL X6 B-1U-1-1 (machine stamped). The tracks are: THIS IS NOT LOVE / NIGHT IN THE WILDERNESS / JUMP START (LIVE IN PHILADELPHIA).
The 12" comes with THE ORIGINAL WHITE DIE CUT SLEEVE + HAND WRITTEN CHRYSALIS COMP. SLIP and the condition of the VINYL is in EX (Played once, one minor sleeve scuff on side A other wise will be NEAR MINT).
DON'T LET THIS RARE JETHRO TULL TEST PRESSING 12" get away as you will NEVER see another one.
