Description

JIM FASSETT great 50s tape manipulation experiments NM- Shipping Info  |  S/H info:   Description JIM FASSETT strange to your ears on COLUMBIA records. fantastic LP from 50's artist fascinated with tape recorders and the notion of perception. LP challlenges the way you hear everyday sounds using early tape manipulation techniques and with fantastic narration. same guy who created the (mind-blowing) "symphony of the birds" LP. one of the coolest LPs in the novelty/science oddball bag and a top copy here. keys weird odd experimental exotica etc. very fun collection today of genre-less private pressings, spoken word curiosities and children's oddities. see my other auctions and visit my websites: showandtellmusic.com and companionrecords.com
