THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1970 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS TRACK LABEL, 1ST PRESS A1/B1 MATRIX ENDINGS, BOTH LABELS MISSPELL AS “GIPSIES” AND ULTRA RARE 1ST PRESS 'PUPPET' COVER. THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VERY HARD TO FIND
IT IS THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING EVER MADE WITH THE IMPOSSIBLY RARE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS WITHDRAWN 'PUPPET' COVER (CHANGED ON ALL LATER PRESSINGS!) AND A/1 B/1 MATRIX ENDINGS! AND EARLY 1 1 1 STAMPERS
THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT THAT THIS IS ONE OF JIMI HENDRIX'S RAREST LPS EVER. NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION AND HASN’T BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL.
This is the ORIGINAL Track UK 1st Pressing from 1970 and the vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is 2406 002 on the 1st Press Track label and is a UK Stereo 1st pressing (there were NO Mono!)
The record labels are in excellent condition with both labels misspell as “GIPSIES”! This was soon corrected and also the sleeve changed.
The vinyl is in EXCELLENT to near MINT condition! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has had very little play. THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL JUST PRESSED LOOK AND SHINES LIKE NEW!!!!
The ULTRA RARE 'Earliest' 1st Press 'Puppet' Cover is in VERY GOOD to excellent condition. The cover has NO spinal wear, minor edge wear and a sticker mark in the top right hand corner and only slight corner wear, NO ring wear and NO writing!!!! The back is in the same condition.

Mint Cover - Looks new - no marks, wear or damage
Disc - Looks unplayed - no marks visible
Near Mint Cover - Looks virtually new with signs of handling- Minor wear creases but no marks or damage. Light sleeves may show slight discoloration due to age.
Disc - May have minor scuffs &/or hairline scratches caused by moving record in & out of paper sleeve
Excellent Cover - Slight signs of wear on edges/spine, corners or ring wear. No damage caused by sticker removal/residue.
Disc- May have a few superficial marks &/or hairline scratches and paper scuffs.
Very good Cover - Moderate edge/spine or ring wear. Corners may be a little blunt. Opening edge may show feathering caused by removal of record. Visible creases or laminate lift. Localised sticker removal damage.
Disc - Surface marks &/or hairline scratches. Moderate paper scuffs.
Good Cover - Heavy ring or edge/spine wear. Corners noticeable bashed. Heavy creases. Considerable laminate/surface damage.
Disc - Looks very well played. A lot of surface marks/scratches
I am not a dealer but an amateur collector selling duplicated items or records that I no longer want to keep (mostly due to space). I do not clean records (other than a dust with anti-static) and unless indicated in the listing the records have been only visually inspected.
