On offer another RARITY by JIMI HENDRIX the LP titled “BAND OF GYPSYS” and this is the MEGA RARE AND HARD TO FIND ORIGINAL FRENCH 1st Pressing on the RARE BARCLAY label with a different cover to the rest of the world!
THE UNIQUE FRENCH SLEEVE WAS DIFFERENT TO THE REST OF THE WORLD AND IS GENUINE!
THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1970 FRENCH 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS BARCLAY LABEL AND ULTRA RARE PHOTO COVER. THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VERY HARD TO FIND
The THICK 1st press vinyl is graded visually in very good to excellent condition. Please see below a description of gradings.
The orange matt Barclay record labels are in excellent condition.
The ULTRA RARE 'Earliest' 1st Press laminated Cover is in excellent plus condition with some creases, ring and corner wear.
The spine has burst in the middle and been repaired and is partially readable.
The record comes in the original plastic bag inner

Mint
Cover - Looks new - no marks, wear or damage
Disc - Looks unplayed - no marks visible
Near Mint
Cover - Looks virtually new with signs of handling- Minor wear creases but no marks or damage. Light sleeves may show slight discoloration due to age.
Disc - May have minor scuffs &/or hairline scratches caused by moving record in & out of paper sleeve
Excellent
Cover - Slight signs of wear on edges/spine, corners or ring wear. No damage caused by sticker removal/residue.
Disc- The record has been played and will have some superficial marks &/or hairline scratches and paper scuffs.
Very good
Cover - Moderate edge/spine or ring wear. Corners may be a little blunt. Opening edge may show feathering caused by removal of record. Visible creases or laminate lift. Localised sticker removal damage.
Disc - The record has been played frequently and has noticeable surface marks, occasional light scratches and paper scuffs.
Good
Cover - Heavy ring or edge/spine wear. Corners noticeable bashed. Heavy creases. Considerable laminate/surface damage.
Disc - The record looks very well played and the sound quality has probably deteriorated noticeably. A lot of surface marks/scratches. Usually used as collection filler
I am not a dealer but an amateur collector selling duplicated items or records that I no longer want to keep (mostly due to space). I do not clean records (other than a dust with anti-static) and unless indicated in the listing the records have been only visually inspected.

I offer reduced postage rates for combined multiple purchases. Usually I post on Thursdays.
Items are not insured and I will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in the post. All items are properly packaged and I always obtain proof of postage. Should you want to insure the item by registered post, please let me know and I will find out the additional cost. Please note that, whilst it it comparatively rare for items to be lost or damaged in the post , my part of the transaction contract is legally completed as soon as the item is in the hands of the Post Office. I will not, therefore, accept responsibility for any loss or damage by the Postal Services. Whilst I am happy to provide help and advice, all such claims remain the responsibility of and must be made by the buyer.
If the bidding exceeds £46, in the UK the item will be ONLY sent insured by special recorded next day guaranteed delivery post (insured up to a value of £500) at a cost of £7.50. The above P&P quoted is for UK only and the same principal on insurance will apply to international bidders who will need to pay £5.7 insurance in addition to the p&p.
