This is the 1st UK pressing of Electric Ladyland with the fully laminated 'naked ladies' Ernest J Day gatefold cover.

It has the blue text inside the gatefold and the larger photos of Noel Redding & Mitch Mitchell. Later pressings had white text and smaller photos of Noel and Mitch.

It has the inverted matrix numbers on the labels. The 4 sides are labelled A/D (Sides 1 & 4 on disc 1) & B/C (Sides 2 & 3 on disc 2).

Only genuine first pressings have all of the above characteristics.

Vinyl: Heavy duty 1st pressing vinyl. The Sides vary between very good+ and excellent.

Good - The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and scratches.
