This Double LP is a UK 1st Press, (some may say a later first press). Sides are arranged as Disc 1: contains sides A/D & Disc 2: Sides B/C.

The vinyl (visual grade): Mint- Both discs, each played 5-10 times.

This is the heavy thick vinyl. The vinyl retains essentially ALL of its original luster, absolutely beautiful! No scratches. no scuffs. The Records are perfectly flat and look extremely clean. I would say these LP’s were carefully played 5-10 times (judging by the number of tiny spindle lines). These are extremely well cared for discs.

The Sound: This LP sounded great, extremely enjoyable, excellent Hi-fidelity.. There was no distortion and no skips or jumps, appears to be no groove-wear. The only issues are a couple pops and low level dust noise during intro on track 1 Side 1. Between tracks there was minor some dust noise and in quiet passages some occasional mild noise. I heard a couple mild pops at the beginning of Voodoo Chile, and at the beginning of Voodoo Chile Slight return.

PLEASE NOTE: SIDES B &C of Disc 2 sounds a little better, and there was even less minor dust noise between tracks and in quiet passages; and a few very low level pops.

I’ve tried to be very critical in my review of conditions, but no one’s perfect.  

I think a good deep cleaning will cure most or all of these minor issues.

Overall a joy to listen to. These are excellent pressings, especially for their vintage.

The labels: Mint-

PLEASE NOTE: The labels look much better than my photos.

. In awesome condition very minimal sleeve lines can only be seen angled to the light, except for one “wandering” line on side 1, just a handful that I can see)! Little if (no) spindle wear the hole is perfectly round. The white around the holes is highly exaggerated by light reflection in my photos.

The Cover: VG++, close to Mint-.

This is the original 1st press Stereo gatefold cover.

. It’s very rare to find like this with no splits or tears and virtually no seam or corner wear, except there is a crimped lower right corner barely visible. Several small barely visible  laminate creases on front cover. Most only visible at certain angles. Cover is laminated at the front and rear Inside the gate fold is superb, clean without any handwriting or names. Hard to find like this!

I grade the cover a strong VG+, close to Mint-. The inside cover is definitely Mint-, as the before mentioned crimped lower right corner only affects the front half of the gatefold cover.

The Original Inner poly-lined paper inner sleeves: Strong VG+.

No splits or tears (one little nick at the opening of one side of one sleeve), only very superficial partial wrinkling and some partial browning (see photos). One sleeve has a partial separation  of the poly from the paper on one side of the sleeve.

RECORD GRADING (Usually Visual) :

FS=Original Factory Sealed. ///

New= New (or Mint) perfect in every way, record appears unplayed. ///

New- = New minus (or Mint minus), record played maybe 1 to 9 times , perhaps a few spindle lines on label, and maybe a sleeve line or two. Covers close to M, has maybe a small corner bend, maybe the very slightest of ring line caused by the record.///

VG+ = Very Good Plus, record played a little more than an m- but well cared for. Vinyl has the vast majority of its original luster, may have sleeve lines, maybe a few very lite scuffs; maybe one or two small, very light surface scratches. But not all at the same time. Cover MAY have very minor ringwear, maybe a few other flaws, a minor corner bend or two, maybe a small partial seam split; ///

VG = record has the flaws of a VG+, only more of them; may also have some small scratches that are felt with a fingernail. Vinyl is very playable and will play through, good luster. Probably some noise between tracks, maybe in quiet passages. Still, a reasonably well cared for record. /// VG- = proportionally lower than a VG.////

G = It is rare that I will even list a record in this condition; but it will be proportionally lower than a VG-.
