Released in 1968, this is an original UK stereo 1st pressing. A true 60`s classic, brilliant songwriting, other worldly musicianship with guitar sounds from another planet. Such a hot band, augmented by Steve Winwood from Traffic on Hammond organ, perfectly realizing Hendrix`s impossibly out there explorations.

Very difficult to find, especially being the first pressing! Get it while you can!

Vinyl and Labels - V. Good +

Has got some surface marks, especially when viewed under harsh light, but the sound quality is fantastic. Only light isolated pops and slight crackle which hardly affects the enjoyment of the amazing music at all, even on quiet sections like the middle section of "1983..." have hardly any interference. Really is a totally respectable copy of a very rare classic Hendrix double LP, with fantastic audio clarity, a deep, rich, powerful sound, as you would expect from a 60`s UK first pressing. Far and away the perfect format to enjoy this incredible record! The labels are in excellent condition, with no writing or any other real problems, labels look fantastic!

Laminated Gatefold Sleeve - V. Good

Although sleeve has some laminate creases and edge wear it still looks very impressive, the laminate still retains a rich, deep glossy shine, with colours being strong and vibrant. A very respectable sleeve and certainly one to be proud of, being the ultra rare 1st issue with larger photos and blue text on inner gatefold.
