Classed as one of the greatest rock albums of all time The Rare UK Blue Text Gatefold cover with large photos inside was banned in many countries for its nude cover including in France Fully Tested both records for sound quality Now nearly 60yrs since 1st release in 1968 Records Visually Both Excellent black shiny vinyl no scratches or scuff marks, only under strong light will you find a few very minor light hairlines which have no effect on the sound quality, which is really excellent with a smooth quiet flow in and between tracks. Matrix Disc 1 Side A 61300###8 A //1 Disc 1 Side D 61300#8 B //1 Matrix Disc 2 Side B 61300//9 A // 1 Matrix Disc 2 Side C Defect on this early issue matrix stamped number was altered and scratched in with the correct 613009 B the stamped matrix is not very clear because of over stamped with ###### and also shows it as A//1. Gatefold cover Very Good+ just the lightest of minor laminate crease which does not effect the art work photos and hardly any corner or edge wear, the blue text and large photos are bright and clear Printed by Earnest J Day & Co.Ltd London The 2 white poly lined British Patent No.800513 & 973939 inners have no splits just light age discolour around edges so 2 spare white excellent poly lined inners included Records removed from cover when posted to stop any damage to cover and all in plastic sleeves A very rare collectable in really great condition not just for the outstanding tracks but this rare Iconic Cover as well. it ranks with THE BEATLES "SGT PEPPER" and the ROLLING STONES "THEIR SATANIC MAJESTIES" album covers
