Description

This record is becoming increasingly rare. It's the double LP entitled 'Electric Ladyland' by The Jimi Hendrix Experience from 1968 on the original UK Track label. It's a stereo recording and the catalogue number is 613008/613009. The gatefold sleeve which is laminated on both sides is in fine condition with some minor creasing and ring wear on both the front and rear covers. The sleeve features the white wording on the inside cover. I've graded it Ex--. The inner bags are the original polythene-lined white die cut type with the patent numbers printed on the bottom left hand corner 'British Patent No. 800513 & 973939' on both. The records are in superb condition and play really well on both sides with very minor surface noise but with no jumps. The records play really well throughout. The labels are in fine condition. They are the early rough textured type and show some minor spindle marks on all sides. The labels are black with silver wording and feature the upside down catalogue numbers (613008A/613008B/613009A/613009B) on the left of each label above the original catalogue numbers (613008/613009). The matrix numbers on the run-off grooves are - side one - 61300XX8 A//1   1   1 - side four - 61300X8 B//1   1   9   4 - side two - 61300X9   AX//1   1   1  3 - side three - 02   61300X9XB  X//1   1   2. These matrix numbers are not all 100% clear. Some of the numbers appear to be reversed. I presume these are stamper numbers. If there are any questions please let me know and I will do my best to answer these. I've graded both records as Ex+/Ex+. All my items are fully guaranteed. This auction has a low start with no reserve. This is a very rare album now.
