This is a Japanese 16-track 2LP set released from Nippon Gamophone.
Maybe it is the second issue from 1960's.
Comes with Japan-only JIMI portrait gate-fold Sleeve with 4-page integral Insert with Color Nude Picture which was originally used on front cover of Japanese release.
Tracklistings on back of the sleeve is written in Japanese.
