Description
JIMI HENDRIX - LADYLAND IN FLAMES (Marshall Records/1990?) Cover is Excellent with a minor corner bend lower left and the vinyl is M-, like new.
A wonderful 2lp set of outtakes from the Record Plant in 1968 and 1969 with a few other gems from TTG in 1968, including Look Over Yonder and what became known as Somewhere Over the Rainbow. Sound quality is superb. And the topper is that this is on hot pink vinyl. This is a very rare press that I was not aware even existed until a week ago and I have never noticed having come up for sale.
This lp comes from the collection of a 40+ year Hendrix collector who also happened to be an audiophile. Nearly every lp listed from his collection is top quality, has been cleaned on a VPI machine and has been placed in acid-free, lined inner sleeves.
