One of many PSYCH and Classic 1960's Rock LPs from a fanatically well-kept collection of a long-time former DJ
Mostly 1st PRESSINGS, including a large amount of PROMOs and a few choice IMPORT LPs.
Many of these still in SHRINK WRAP ...several STILL SEALED
Quite a few WLP, Sterling, RL and Masterdisk pressings in the mix!

VINYL is EX+
Very close to NM with very few faintest hairlines only, viewed under hard bright light, almost entirely inaudible. 2 tiny ticks on "Jam 292" intro; otherwise LP plays Like New throughout. Labels are pristine both sides.

COVER is VG+ strong
Laminated gatefold cover is super clean with vivid, unfaded color and very nice surface, showing only faintest shelf-rub and some laminate creases at edges. Inside gatefold is extremely nice, with a small area of vague discoloration at bottom right edge. Seams and spine completely intact with no splits.

This first BARCLAY French issue immortalizes Jimi like a Psychedelic winged warrior;
the more well-known cover (UK, USA etc.) had a very plain 3 snapshots with brown background.

A fantastic package of great Hendrix music - at the time this was issued, none of these tracks had appeared on LP before, with some very important early B-Side material (Stars That Play With Laughing Sam's Dice...), outtake and things that had just never surfaced from the vaults yet. The music found here is ALL Jimi Hendrix Experience and/or next formation with Billy Cox and Buddy Miles. Noel Redding and Mitch Mitchell on most tracks. This is no bag of throwaways, like so many cash-in albums that began surfacing from Jimi's pre-Experience days...
